I know they are $30 and you can exchange it for a new one. My question is can you do this on multiple days, multiple parks? Oh I'm talking about the cell phone charger tubes if there was any confusion

The ones sold at Disney and most other parks are called Fuel Rods. You only need to buy one once, then you can just keep exchanging them. No time limit. Many of the kiosks outside Disney are starting to charge a minimal fee around $3 per swap, but the ones at Disney are still free so far once you have bought that first Fuel Rod.

I used the fuel rods at Disney in March, no problem swapping them for free multiple times a day. The airports I have needed them at, including MCO charged $1. I love the fuel rods for convenience of not having to remember to charge them myself, but they don't seem very efficient (takes a long time to charge my iPhone 8).

I just bring my own..the wife also. It easily fits in our pockets..and will charge the iPhone one time. We have never ran out of battery.
