If so, where? Do they have a meet and greet? Also--my 4 year old wants to know if he can meet Lightening McQueen and Mater anywhere!

No Power Ranger character meets at DLR. 
Also, they used to have a place to meet Lightning and Mater, but they have been integrated into the Pixar Play Parade, and are no longer available for personal meets.
