Power Pass

We have a trip planned the first week of June, booked thru Universal directly, and staying onsite. It's the 2 days get 1 free deal. Can we upgrade these to Power Passes, and if so, how much per person? We live out of state.

You should be able to upgrade the ticket to a power pass. As far as exactly how much it will be to upgrade, with the recent price increase that's anybodies guess. It will probably be the difference between the gate price of a 2 day ticket and the gate price of a power pass. Right now, their the same price, but I expect the power pass to go up in price sometime in the next few weeks.

Apparently the 2 plus 1 that expires in June will upgrade you to power pass with difference based on 2 day cost.
The 2 plus 1 free that do not expire are suppose to upgrade based on 3 day pass.

The power pass has summer black out days, if you weren't aware.

Thanks for the replies. I'll probably end up getting power pass since we'll be there almost a full 5 days, and recently decided to go again next year before they expire.

I've looked at the blackout dates, and they look to be times we wouldn't be going to parks anyways so I think we're good. Hopefully.
