Power Pass or 5 day ticket

I was just looking at the price difference and what I see is the AP pass is $475 and a 5 day 3 park ticket is $596. Am I not understanding something or I am I better off buying the AP Pass. We arrive arrive after the blockout date so no problem there. I need 1 power pass for the room I have booked. Thanks

I don't think the AP includes Epic Universe.

This so if you don't plan on Epic is generally a pretty good deal.

The AP doesn't currently cover epic. We opted to go for the lowest level AP last year when we visited on the off chance the vacation math worked to come back again this year. It was something like $50 in the difference total for 4 of us. The math math'd and we are coming back in August. We'll pay the one day AP rate for a day at Epic. Overall it's worth it if you are planning 2 visits within the 12 month period (just check the blackout dates!)
