Power pass blackout dates

Hello

Does anyone know if there are any October blackout dates for the Powerpass don't want to book a APH rate and then find out I can't go to the parks

No there aren't.

You can check by clicking "details" at the bottom of the column for Power Pass, right under the green "buy" button.
