I miss the powder soap that used to be in the bathrooms at WDW. I remember just going to the bathroom for that purpose.

WDW stopped using the powder soap after 9/11.

That was the only reason you use the bathroom for the powder soap. :rotfl:

:earsgirl: :earsboy:

I remember DD being fascinated by the powdered soap. Now if it is foamy she thinks it's cool.

I loved that soap! DD did too! Yep, in the restrooms right outside of Spaceship Earth.... The first time we walked in and it was gone I was sooo disappointed! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

:teeth: I thought I was the only one who loved the soap! My husband and friends think I am crazy!

I was thinking that myself on our last trip! I loved that soap... the only place I ever saw it was WdW...

I understand why they stopped using it, but it was great!

Wow, I'm not crazy! :scratchin Er... at least I'm in good company. :hyper: I too loved the pink powdered soap. Remember that "when do you know you're at home" thread? Well, now I've got mine. It was always at the Disney welcome center in Ocala, where I got to use the cool soap. :worship: Wow, I feel dorky now... :o

i miss it too
but i remember using it in 2003 but i still miss it

We went to dinner at one our local restaurants this week and they had the powder soap. I had a flashback of being in WDW. DD & I took a loooog time washing our hands.
