I ordered a backpack and lunch bag from the website last week. This week they're on sale. Will they refund the difference in the price? I do this at Target a lot, bring your receipt to CS and they'll refund if something goes on sale the next week. Not sure if PBK does it though, especially online.

I used a coupon and had the items personalized, so I can't return and re-do the order at the lower price. It's a difference of about $11, so not huge, but just wondered if anyone has been able to do this.

Not sure but call and ask. They are great about applying gift cards after the puchase (I order stuff, pay with a credit card, then buy a gift card from Kroger and call them and switch payment.)

Yeah. I know that was sort of off topic, but I have always received excellent customer service from them.
