i leave on my cruise for 9/4/04 on 9/1/04. i have my driverslicensee and passport. my passport is in my maiden name. i do not have a copy of my marriage license. i sent money last week to get 2 certified copies. they have not cashed my check yet. i got a copy for our first cruise and it really didnt take long. what do i do if its not here before the 1st?

Do you have a certified (raised seal) copy of your birth cert?? My birth cert is obviously in my maiden name (as anyones would be :0) ) and my license is my married name. I didn't have any problems, obviously it's me, same spelling first name..same dob. We did not need passports, just birth cert and license...just a thought :0)

It will be fine. I have traveled on DCL with my passport (maiden name) and DL (married name. They just need to see you a a legal resident of the US and these docs prove that. I'd call DCL in the am just to be sure.

All the phone numbers floating around go to the same place, it just registers whether or not you got the number off the internet, TV, Newpaper, etc.

You can call 1-800-951-3532 and ask... I also have sailed with mismatched info caused by maiden and married names and never had any problems.
