This Aladdin was really rocking it that day.

This is one of my favorite parade pics, but gotta tell the story...

This was MNSSHP in 2006, and my first. I had come around the back side of the counter service beside Hall of Presidents trying to find a viewing location for a parade that had already started. Of course, I found only that this pathway onto the road out of Frontierland was blocked by the parade rope. And of course, the rope was lined with people who had arrived in time. Making up a big portion of that human wall was this family, father, mother, and two kids including the toddler, all dressed in very good Incredibles' costumes! Having little choice, I simply stopped my scooter a ways behind them and decided to simply wait it out. "Dad" looked around and noticed me and waved me forward and had the whole Incredible crew squat down, waving off my protests for their comfort. As the parade went on, the toddler was just fascinated by all the characters going by and kept waddling out under the rope which meant nothing to him, and so Mom had a couple of fingers in the waist of his pants. He had no idea what magical force it was that stopped him at a certain point and would simply back on up again. Just before this picture was snapped, that waist band was stretched an... incredible! distance!



I asked them to pose after the parade- and have seen other MNSSHP albums that include a shot of this family!
