POTC Suite Contest?

I read on another board that Disney is having a contest where you can win your characature (sorry about the spelling) in the POTC ride and also win a trip to stay in the Pirates Suite. I have been searching and can not find where it is and where to go to enter. Anyone have info on it by chance? I thought it ended January 31st.

I think it is part of buying the new moving POTC II Dead Man's Chest. I haven't purchased it yet, but I saw it on the cover of the movie.
