POTC opening in WDW?

So the operations guide for WDW shows Pirates only closed till June 30. I am guessing( praying!!!) that it will be open by this Sat, July 1...

I read someplace that it wasn't going to open till July 7 at WDW, but then some other places say it is soft opened now.

Any one know? Any one there and get lucky yet?
