POTC 2 Question...Well Not Really A Question.. *Possible Spoiler*

well, at the end of the movie, Barbosa comes in. But am i the only one who thought he was dead, I thought he died in the first POTC.

LOL, EVERYBODY thought he died in the first movie. There are tons of rumors out there floating around, the main one of which is Tia Dolma brought him back somehow. We know he's sailed to the World's End and back though, thats why hes going to captain Will's ship. (Listen to me, Will's ship. To me EVERYTHING goes right back to WILL!)

No Rumor needed.
He was back the same way that the monkey Jack was still skeletal.
At the end of the first movie the monkey steals a gold coin again. They never show him give it to barbosa, but you can deduce that he does. They do show the monkey turn undead again as the camera snaps to black.

Wait now I'm confused. The monkey gives the coin to Barbosa, so Barbosa was undead and so was the monkey. BUT Tia Dolma did say that the captain she was giving Will had been to the waters at The World's End and back which makes us think Barbosa has been there for something.

My guess us Barbosa had to travel there to collect some of the coins since they spent them all and then had to reclaim them once they found out they were cursed.

Yeah im a freak. I Usually catch all those little things in movies, and then think about and discuss them to death.

I'm a movieaholic, and sicne I have loved pirates (the ride for ever) and the movie since day one, it's just natural that I love talkign about this movie and remember pretty much anything of importance that happened in either.

Did you guys catch that jack has barbossa's hat when the visit the vodoo lady and looks at if funny before putting it down!

Or that there is a locket that is shaped like the heart music box and lock on Daveys chest in the vodoo ladies house?

come to think of it, yes i do remember both those scenes. I love this, i love talking about Pirates, the past 2 movies have been def. my favorites.

I caught the musical locket that was on top of the organ when Davy Jones was playing & on the chest, but not in the cabin. Where was it? I'll have to look for it next time - I've already seen #2 twice. You catch lots of little things the second time around!
