Last time we were there they were in the DCA when you go in on corner on your right, just after the lockers.

The big DCA location has closed, a new store in its place will open this summer, but it's not known if it will have the selection anymore.

You may find them in the store when you exit Toy Story Mania.

Just a tip: The Mr. Potato Head itself is the exact Potato Head you can buy in any store. The pricing is based on filling a box and getting as much as you can put into the box. Don't waste your box space on the head that you can buy anywhere. Get the specialty parts that are Disney-specific.

So are you saying you can buy a potato head without the potato? And I should fill the box with body parts and accessories only?

Yes. Let us know if you find any. My girls love their parts. Kids that come over are always drawn to our Potato Family (we got the bodies at Costco during their Christmas toy selection.) 2 adults & 2 kids.

If you're buying Disney parts, make sure you buy a few Disney arms as well. The 'hand-held' pieces Disney makes can only be held in Disney 'hands'... if I'm making any sense? The regular arms that come with a standard Mr./Mrs. Potatohead don't hold the accessories that Disney makes.

Do they sell them in Toontown, or is that only at WDW?

This question has been asked a lot on these boards recently. Many people have reported the potato head pieces are not currently available at DL, and my report agrees with that. When we were there in November, I did take a look through the ToonTown shop that used to sell them. They're gone. Enginears toys in DCA is closed, and I have not found a store that potato head parts have been relocated to in DCA. So it looks like Disney potato head fans going to DL are out of luck for now. It's too bad because they were a very fun toy for my kids when they were little.
