Okay, I'm sitting here eating my Subway sandwich at lunch today. I stuff a grab bag full of potato chips in it (minus the bag:laughing:) and my cube neighbor looks at me like Im' crazy. Surely, I'm not the only one in the world who does this. Right??

I do the same thing! yummy!!!!

Apparently, there is a place in Pittsburgh, PA that does this. Not only do they add chips onto every sandwich, they also add cole slaw.

I'm lucky I missed that experience when I lived there a few years ago.

I have no idea where she got the idea from, but when my sister was a kid she did the same thing. We're from Maryland, but I don't know of anyone else who does that.

I had a potato chip sandwich for my dinner.....:confused3

or a crisp piece as we call them in Scotland !!!

I don't think I've ever done it with sandwiches I've bought, but I definitely do it regularly at home!

I do it all the time. There is nothing like a little crunch on a sandwhich.

Yummy!! Ham and cheese with mustard, lettuce and Lays chips:thumbsup2 I also put my fries on my McDonalds cheeseburgers:love:

Always put Sour Cream 'n Onion potato chips on a tuna hoagie..also put them on bologna (or ham), Swiss cheese, tomato, and mayonnaise sandwiches. YUM!!

My kids do that all the time. Chips on sandwiches, hamburgers....etc. I have one that eats Ketchup and Ruffles sandwiches LOL Or Mayo and tomato....that's good too LOL They aren't picky on what chips they shove on their sub sandwich (or homemade sandwich for that matter)....anything will do. Ruffles, Lays, PopChips, Doritoes, Cheetos....any old chip works LOL

i do it all the time at home, but never with a subway sub.

sometimes at home I will have just a mayo and mustard with lays "sandwhich"

i should add, i do put the fries in my cheese burger when I go to mcdonalds

Don't they just get all soggy from the moisture of the sandwich? I would think that last bite is the texture of limp, wet carboard. :p

I've been doing it since I was a little girl! If I have any kind of meat sandwich, there are chips on it. DS does the same thing. DH looks at us both like we are crazy...

thats why i only do at home with a smaller sandwhich not a full sub.

Actually it is fries - same idea but less crunch. (Primati Brothers!!!)

Chips on PB and J are great!

I know a few people who do that. I don't think it's weird or anything maybe some people don't know anyone who does that so they think it is weird. I sometimes make potato chip/pickle sandwiches as a small snakcs.

I do it too -I love potato chips on cheeseburgers and tuna salad sandwiches. In fact, I can't eat a tuna sandwich if I don't have chips to put on it.
