Potato Casserole

I noticed some of the restraunts have a potato casserole. Are they all the same? What is in them? Don't say potatoes-I know that's in them.

The ones I've had have a little cheese and a little onion. Once I joked that it was like having mac and cheese made with potato.

The main ingrediants of most potato casseroles are cheese, onions and sour cream.

DH had this at narcoosees in october (i think it was called potato gratin) - wish i'd gotten it too (i had the pumpkin risotto instead - blech!)

We had a potato breakfast casserole at Olivias and it was to die for. There was 3 types of cheese, leeks, onions and potatoes...wow it was good.

We also had a cheese hash brown type casserole (think cracker barrel) at the Princess breakfast in Norway
