I have never even heard of that. And plastic cheese is a new one also.
If there is a taco with a potato. It should be called something else. Like if a hot dog contained spaghetti. It’s just not a hot dog then.

Potato tacos are definitely a thing. My in-laws are from Mexico and they make them frequently. Google it...you'll find about 1000 recipes for them. They are delicious. However, I've never come across them at WDW.

In Texas we put potatoes in breakfast tacos... but I have no idea what OP is talking about.

Taco Bell has potato tacos, I only know this from having many vegetarian friends .

Both. For the taco, it's a potato soft taco with potato, lettuce, cheese, and Chipotle sauce. You can also sub the meat in any item, including tacos, for potatoes (or rice or beans). I frequently order various kinds of customized potato tacos from there.

SPICY POTATO SOFT TACO from taco bell is amazing. Not sure if anywhere in Disney serves such a thing but Taco bell def does and its really yummy.
