Postponing trip timeline

My travel agent is away for Xmas. Please help.
Our final payment is due Dec 27th. We have reservations February 27th.
But we are going to have to postpone due to health reasons. My agent said she will take care of it in the new year but I am confused. If I didn't pay my final payment, will I lose everything?
Help. Should I just call Disney?
My Disney experience shows my hotel reservation still there

I think you should try and call Disney but I know with cruises if you booked with a travel agent you have to speak with that agent. Is there anyone else that works for the company?

Disney will not speak with you. Your Travel Agent owns the reservation until you check in and Disney will not talk to you.
I think the payment due date 60 days in advance is an agency date. I don't think it is a Disney date.

Luckily my agent is still checking email
And got back to me. I have a few more weeks after all.

And I will likely have a bunch of dining available soon. (Akershus, BOG, CRT)
