Posting PICTURES HELP!!!! Please

Ok I got a sneek peek at a couple pictures from the Photographer DD took along on her Wedding Cruise a few weeks ago!!!! I am so EXCITED to share them with you all, but I need a little help...she has them on her blog, I saved them to a file on my computer now....HOW DO I PUT THM HERE to share with all of you.......HELP
