Posting links problem

When I try to post a link by copying the address it doesn't post like it used to. For example, if the address I copy is (I'm modifying it a bit so it will show correctly)


HTTPS://www.disboards.com/threads/your-username.3159508/

it actually shows up like this (an image of the first post in the thread)

A few posters think mine, has to do with NFL, perhaps? But, no the only fans in our family, are my two grown sons, Miami Dolphin followers!

NFLDERS = Newfoundland, Canada. Before the now combined NL which, represents the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

We older generation, were called Newfoundlander(s). Today, I believe the people are referred to as Newfoundland/Labradorians.

What's your reason for?

I had the same problem and posted it here https://www.disboards.com/threads/embedded-links.3960945/

Since then, it hasn't happened very much. If it happens, I embed links into words (using the insert link function) instead of sharing the entire url.

Noticed the same problem here. The way it now displays is definitely different from the past. Makes it somewhat difficult to post a link when trying to refer to something. How it used to work was you could just copy/paste the url of the referenced page and it would display correctly. Clearly something is different now.

@WebmasterCorey - I'm still having this issue. I try to post just a link, and I get the whole post instead.
