Posting a Link and Renaming

I've been doing my food reviews and want to make them a little more user friendly. I notice that some people have links to their posts, or at least to the page that their post is on. But instead of showing the link it has the name of the place they ate. For example, Ohana. You just click on Ohana and it goes to the page of the review. I was wondering if anyone can explaing to me how do to this.
