Posted wait times wildly off...WAY LONGER!

I've always felt that HS is the most cheaply run of the parks. If it's not permanent attraction closures with no replacement for a long time, now they close stuff earlier than before. Was surprised last time at AK that Kali River Rapids was already closed later on. Is this scheduled or usual?

Man, that really sucks. You've got broken rides at three different parks on the same day, at the same time. And that's really bad luck to have attractions closed hours before the park does, because I've honestly never known that to happen. I've known them to be shut down for a while, but I've never seen any ride at WDW to have an unscheduled closing that's announced earlier than park hours. Or a CM who just shrugged off a concern, or a manager who admitted what a specific problem was -- and to have wait times that far off and no one knowing about it. That's a very bad string of luck, though I'm glad the manager was able to extend your FP for a fixed-time show. Sounds like a real cluster of incompetence and malice there, and I'm sorry you were the brunt of such a set of unusual problems.

Hope the rest of your trip goes better.
Sure. Lots of stuff operates on different hours than the full park hours http://www.orlandoparksnews.com/p/weekly-walt-disney-world-times-guides.html. MupoetVision is listed as 6 PM, as others have indicated.

Probably 40 people angrily walked out of the line past this cast member after spending at least 30 minutes in line and It wasn't until she was confronted that she picked up the phone to track down what was going on. At some point after the managers finally got involved, and then the line really started moving.
Getting angry with an employee for a situation about which they had no knowledge until an angry mob attacked them?
We then went down to guest services where CP #3 (who couldn't have been more than a week past his 18th birthday)
Unlikely https://disneyprogramsblog.com/abou...ney-college-program-application-requirements/ unless he graduated high school really young.

Last week when we went we had one ride after another stop or break down for just a few minutes and then we were on our way again. Not a big deal to us, but the thing that stood out was in was almost every single ride in the parks that we were on. A few here and there didn't break down, but ya, most of them did. But like I said, didn't take but a few minutes and we were on our way.
But unless guests know why a ride stopped - someone needing extra time to get in/out (e.g. Haunted Mansion, Spaceship Earth), backup at the unloading area (Splash Mountain), generally breakdowns last a whole lot longer than a few minutes.

Scheduled, in both cases.

I turned 18 my second month of freshman year in college. Not unheard of at all.

Probably because it happened in the past and doesn't necessarily help anyone planning future trips? I dunno, ask the Moderators.

We're pretty far off topic at this point, but who knows. I'll move my next gripes to future threads. :D

Walk. Run. Fly. Drive. Hitch. Anyway one can get to DL is worth it. Once you go. You’ll realise why it’s Disneys best park. We will always love Wdw. But wow. DL is just like going to Paris and Wdw is like Paris Las Vegas. Nothing beats the original and certainly not the one Walt built. Period.
DLR as a whole is just perfect. A 10. WDW I give a 9.

Sure. I didn't turn 18 until November. But:
Now, admittedly, I do know of two unrelated people who started school a year early, so yes, didn't turn 18 until second semester. Back in the early 70s. Years before there was a CP.
