Posted a job on craigslist for family

When I moved two years ago and needed help cleaning and packing I offered $10 a hour and had several people wanting to take it and no one saying that was too low. I ended up with a very nice lady who went above and beyond what I wanted and I gave her a little extra cash as well as a two pairs of boots I was going to sell and some clothes I was getting rid of for the sake of saving space. I agree that with those prices you are not going to get a professional but someone looking for some extra cash, nothing wrong with that. And I just checked Craigslist here and people are looking to pay half what you offered.

I wanted to reply to the emails badly! Just didn't want them knowing my email address. What nutcases Its not like they wanted to offer below minimum wage or asking for heavy cleaning.

To the person who posted you can reply anonymously, how do you do that? Or is it just for the people replying to an ad and not the poster of the ad trying to respond to job seekers? Don't know if what I just wrote made any sense. If not, ignore please.

When I create an ad on craigslist they provide an anonymous email address that forwards to my regular email. Then when I reply it asks what email to respond from.

Yes, when you create an add. But once once one replies and you reply back it is from your account and it is no longer anonymous.

I just checked my last interaction and it was back and forth between craiglist{random letters and numbers} and craigslist{random letters and numbers}
