After reading the boards, I think my postcard rate will be better than the AP rate. (Of course I will be double checking at 7am in the morning to be sure).

Has anyone else found this to be true? :confused3

I got GV GF room for $279 b-4 tax, 311.09 w/tax.

My email/pin code rate is $79 a night at Coronado Springs. It looks like the AP rate for a mod is $109. So as you can guess, I'm pretty happy with my email/pin code rate.

I wonder if it depends on the season? My postcard rate and AP rate were the same last May..although they were both cheaper than this year's AP. Now, I'll have to hope for a postcard and hope it will be less LOL.

How do you get a postcard or e-mail rate? Is it just the luck of having one sent to you?

Postcard/PIN offers have consistently been the same or better than AP or FL resident rates over the last year.

People are post AP rates of $79.00 for the values. The email and post card rates were about $55.00. :confused3

My pin code rate for GF Lagoon View is about $355 plus tax, from what I saw on mousesavers it's a flat $100 off for deluxes which woud make the AP rate $370 for GF LV - maybe I should just hange up and be happy with what I have.

I had a postcard rate for September of last year that was cheaper than the AP rates. Only by about $5/night though.

stayed on hold for about an hour, and gave up.

From the looks of things, I am happy with what I got. My cost is cheaper then the AP rate Mousesavers, and other are listing.

Believe me though, I wouldv'e been happy with an AP rate if that was all that was available. I went from AAA, to a postcard.

Now if it was only April...... :flower: :goodvibes

I've always wanted to know the answer to this question also. Glad someone else asked.

It's just luck, both in getting them at all *and in getting them when you can go. I've had both a post card and an email in the last year after being registered on the Disney site for at least 3 years. I couldn't use either of them though and now that I actually have a trip planned I doubt I'll get one for this fall:/

Okay, I just got off the phone with a great CM. THe postcard/email pin code rate that the CM found for me was better. My total for 4 nights (July 1-4) at GF LV is $1583. With AP rate it was $1657. My AAA rate originally was
$1887. THe rack rate would have been $2088. COnfusing? Now I have to start all over again when the next round of AP codes (hopefully) come out because we'll be there July 5-16 (which is value season).
