OK OK I like to think I'm a fair woman and having worked in Human Resources for many years I have a good understanding of why and how people go on strike.
But these wildcat postal strikes are very, very annoying.
I'm expecting lots of documents from America to do with the Wedding and I need to send documents back - can't be done by email as they have to have my signature - so I may have to end up fed-exing them........... I wonder how much THAT is gonna cost.
I know that there are good reasons to strike but LOL some of you know me well enough to know that sometimes I like to think that .............

as my partner is a postman and that means no wages for me to save for our trip to wdw
lol, on a serious note though they do have to stand up for what they belive in and the whole post office belive they are not getting a fair deal from royal mail, they work very hard for low wages and on top of that the bosses of royal mail want to take away there contracts
but then they will go and get casual staff from agencies and pay them to do the rest instead of their own workforce
and they end up getting lost or even the mail itself gets lost
