Postal Scale

Okay, so DH and I are going to finally get serious about cleaning out some stuff and trying to eBay it. I am going to invest in a postage scale since the time and gas will make it worth it. I also send packages regularly to my sis and her kids, so it won't be strictly business. For those of you with scales, did you buy the ones are the post office or did you get one from Staples, Office Depot etc.? Any hints or suggestions on a good one (or a bad one to avoid)? I bought a 30lb one on ebay. It works great and is very acurate. I don't know the brand but it's kinda of teal blue color.

I bought mine from Ebay too, and it has been wonderful!! It's so nice that you can print the shipping labels from your printer, and USPS will even pick it up for you! It was one of the best moves I've made for my Ebay business!

I bought one from Radio Shack and I love it. I think it is only good up to 10lbs., but you plug it right into your USB port and with the software that comes with it, you can bring up FED EX, UPS, and USPS. You can get prices from each provider.

I too bought my #33 scale off of ebay. I think it was less than $18 including shipping. Just make sure that you buy one that comes with the AC adapter, not all of them do. It works great and is much better than the ones sold at Office Depot, Staples, etc.
