Operation Christmas Child is run by Samaritan's Purse. My family and I fill shoeboxes with small toys/gifts/candies and they are shipped throughout the world for the kids. Our church has been participating the last 2 years, so I buy gifts all year long...that's where Target comes in handy...always checking the clearance and the Dollar Spot!I really hit the jackpot with candy today!

I knew there was something I was buying it for and my mind has just been a blank. Good thing you posted this! And it just hit me recently that stocking up on those Dollar Spot things when they are clearanced is also a great way to fill those boxes. As someone else posted--I love the Dollar Spot. SUch cute stuff for way cheap!

WHAT??? The going price for it is $19.99!!! Jerks. Then I looked for some DVDs to add to my son's stocking and the cheapest ones they had were $8. I just about EMPTIED my cart and went to Target.
