DH and I left a lot of unsheduled time in our trip so that we can have some flexiblity if we want to see something or do something else. We also plan to head to DTD sometime in there. DH and I have done the "have to see everything trip or die trying" and this time we are taking it easy since we have DS.

UGH! I just found out the Food & Wine Festival starts 9/29 at EPCOT, which is the day we planned on being there. Now don't get me wrong...food & wine are two of my favorite things and ususally this would be good news to me. However, this is a mini-vacation for my DD (8) and I, just "mom & daughter" time and we are trying to pack all 4 parks into 4 days.

Maybe I'll need to reconsider my plan....
Go to EPCOT on arrival afternoon (9/27) and finish with Illusions! in the evening, and leave 9/29 for MGM and maybe back to EPCOT? Oh fiddlesticks...now to rethink the entire plan so I can try and change the dinner resies....ARGH!!

Justplaingoofy, you're not obsessed! I've done the same thing, only I went so far as to print tips/schedules, etc. on 2x4 labels and THEN put them onto index cards in a sprial bound index notebook. I've got it broken down by general/hotel info (including flight #'s, dining reservations & park tips), then a category for each park we will be attending, including hours, tips, etc.

I feel a little obsessive doing this but it will be nice to have everything handy in one small 3x5 spiral bound notebook. It's my own little Disney Bible! This way I will be sure to see/do/look for everything I want, and won't overlook the small stuff.

Have fun in September, we'll be there right behind ya!
