Like a lot of statistics, this one can be misleading.

My count is 1.76. But that's because I didn't post much at all for the first 2 years I was a member. I also keep an eye on my Restaurant Board stats since I'm a moderator there, and most months I have an average post count of 5 per day on that board alone. I probably average around 8 per day on all boards combined most months.

The longer you've been a member, the more skewed the number can be since things come up from time to time that keep you from posting.

After this one it will be higher than 15.3 posts per day. But I'm thinking of taking up coin collecting at work instead, so my total may drop. I had to go back and reread all of my posts, and crunch some numbers to come up with how many of my posts were actually relevent to the thread and the flow of the conversation. That comes in at just over 3 posts per day thanks to this one.
