Thanks so much, bigmerle!! Trying to plow through every page might've taken days! ;)

I had almost the exact same thing as you slk537 when we went to Spoodles. It was the best TS meal we had while we were there, as long with one of the best waitress. She even actually gave us like three large cups to go filled with our drinks. She also gave us the add ons when we ordered the steak.

nurseypoo5, Spodles is not open for lunch.

My sister is the one who did the list, she spent three or four days going thru all the pages to make it.

This thread is amazing!!! Thanks so much to everyone for posting your photos...keep 'em coming :thumbsup2

OOoooOO I need to ask - What is a Lime Ricky??

It looks wonderful!!

I think that it is lime pop on the bottom topped by cherry pop. It was really good. I think that it is a drink from the 50s or 60s.

Here are some pictures from Raglan Road in DTD.

What are the portion sizes like at Raglan Road???? I don't know if it's me or what but to me the portions of these foods shown look smallish. It's ok for me BUT we will certainly have a couple of BIG eaters in our group AND RR is one of the places I'm looking forward to trying out.

Many finer restaurants (nationwide) are no serving more reasonable (smaller) portions. Seems like Raglan Road fits into that category.

I've eaten at Raglan Road 3 times, and all 3 times I had plenty to eat. The first time I had the Colpuccino soup as an appetizer (very large and filling), followed by the Tricolor Salad (again, plenty of it), and then shared the Bread and Butter pudding between 4 of us.

The second visit I wasn't as hungry, so just had the Colpucinno soup, and it was plenty.

The third visit I had the Guinness Stew - nice, healthy portion (although not so big that I couldn't finish it), and shared the Dunbrody Kiss dessert with DH.

I think the portion sizes at RR are just right - you get plenty to fill you up, but not so much that you stuff yourself sick, or have to leave some on the plate. I also think that sometimes photographs make portion sizes seem smaller than they really are.

A real lime rickey is like a fizzy limeade. They sell them at the Goldenrod restaurant in York, ME and I have to get one everytime we go up there. Absolutley delicious and really refreshing.

DS (10) and I love the lime rickey! It goes great with the onion rings and as a prelude to an ice cream sundae! :thumbsup2

If you order a lime ricky in the Boston area you will get something that resembles a sprite w/ lime in it. If you ask for a rasberry lime ricky, it will look like the one in the pic from B & C.

Thanks for the info on the Lime Ricky everyone -- I want so badly to try one now - and we won't be going back until May of next year --- so until then I will dream and put it at the top of my list. :cool1:

I love the Goldenrod! I haven't been yet this year but I'm hoping to make it over there this weekend.

The Keen Eye For The Shepherds Pie from Raglan Road looks fantastic. I am now tempted to book an ADR there. Does it accept the DDP?

GEEZ...I live in Maine and have never tried this place. It is now on my "must do this summer" list! What else do they serve? I was thinking I had to wait until WDW in August for that LIME RICKEY!!! They sell a lime rickey at the Yarmouth Clam festival in July, but it doesn't have the raspberry in it...not as yummy.

My first time trying to post a picture - checking it out.

Veal Osso Buco from Mama Melrose - notice my DH waiting to dig in! LOL
He says this was excellent. I tried a bite, but I'm not a big veal fan. :)

Salad from Mama Melrose (Fantasmic package) - It is served in a big bowl, but I just placed some onto my plate and then took the pic. :)
