When my sister saw that picture, she looked at a minute and said "I didn't know you and Sleeping Beauty you were that tight." I responded that she is my princess and that having me down on one knee was her idea.

In all seriousness, that movie means a lot to me, and I was one of the few single adult men in the line that night. I really appreciate Aurora's "friend" that night for her kindness. While she has no idea what the film means to me, she gave me as much attention as she did any other guest in line.

It's so funny, because as adults you know that it's a girl dressed up as a princess, but you can't help but get all "Omg!" just like a little kid would that doesn't know the difference, you know what I mean? At least that's how it is for me.

And it's so true. Where else can grown adults go up to another adult dressed up as a character and the character not be totally weirded out? The CM's that are characters are amazing.

Man, I'd love to be a princess CM.

How does it work..getting your photo taken with a character?? Do you wait in line, do they wonder around and you just grab them??

This is something i am suuuper looking forward to when i go in a few months for the first time...i love all characters!

Welcome, Stardance!

You'll see some walking around and people just sorta go up to them and somehow there's some sort of line and you get your turn. Some will have lines that you just hop into.

You can also do a character meal and they come to your table.

Then, of course, you can get the Disney Visa and have a personal, private meet and greet with some characters each day you go to DCA.

Madison had just had an "accident" and she was very upset we did not have an extra pair of panties and was going to have to wear a pull-up. The princesses came in and were so sweet to her and explained that everyone occassionally has some sort of accident.

Isn't that sweet? To think they took the time to turn a bad situation for your granddaughter around so she didn't feel so bad! That is just so sweet! Ahhh! Yay for the Princesses!

Someone please correct me if anything has changed, but I believe unfortunately Giselle isn't in any of the parks. She made a brief appearance in the parade when Enchanted first came out, but aside from that I don't think she's made any appearances.

Yup that's correct. I heard that her dress was really heavy; I forgot how much it weighed though. Prince Caspian has taken her spot right now.
