Post WDW Trip

We arrived on 12/11 and left today, 12/22. Overall, the trip was def different. Between trying to get reservations at restaurants, lack of merchandise and using the Genie+ system, it was a disappointment overall.

An example, paying $15 per person for Rise of the Resistance and STILL waiting over an hour once checked in.

We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside, our fourth time, and food was mediocre. They served the same thing everyday.

This morning, when we were to leave, the DME did not show for our departure time, nor the next window. The resort had to give us a voucher for a taxi. And hearing from the staff at the resort, this isn't the first time lately. They've even had busses pull up, tell people they had no room, when empty, only to go park in the lot.

Hopefully things change, or no more yearly trips.

This is disappointing to hear . We are going Jan 3-7th, we have 3 park hopper tickets , not doing genie + , were the crowds bad ? This will be our first time not able to use magical express and renting a car

Sorry ur trip was a disappointment OP. Doesn’t sound like your expectations were met and that’s a hard pill to swallow when there Used To be So many Great times/visits prior to the Changes made by mngmnt. Unfortunately I don’t think it will change anytime soon.
