Well, the way I do it isn't how most people do it, because I don't have Photoshop. I do, however, have VLC Player and Photoscape. I just slow down the video by about 10 times, and it has a thing to take screenshots. I do that, then just use the gif function on Photoscape to make them.

I used to watch that at my grandpa's house when he used to pick me up from preschool on Fridays when my mom was at her bowling league meetings. That and some show about this toy castle coming to life or something like that.
