Post Sept/Oct rental rates . . .

We are trying to get the best deal for a mid-size for our trip to WDW at the end of Sept. So far, we have used Contract #6600330 (Priceless), Product Rate Code EWEB or WWEB, and Coupon 10008615 ($20 off Entertainment) and it is resulted in $251.25 for 10 1/2 days, unlimited mileage. I think this is the best rate but decided to wait until closer to our vacation dates. Anyone got any really great rates for Sept or October and wish to share that information???

I used the same info for 8 days, but, did not use a product rate code (sometimes that can hurt you) and my rate is 178.13, full size, total.

Gail-what's the difference between a fullsize and intermediate-is it a big difference? We're only 4 adults this time.

With 4 adults you need at least a full size. An intermediate is grand am size, 4 adults are not going to be comfortable plus you have luggage to consider. I used to have a grand am and I could only fit 2 full size luggage in the trunk. Examples of full size is a Grand Prix, Impala, Intrepid.

I've found the best rates during low seasons are about a month or less out. I had a reservation for the first week in May that started out at $198 in February and dropped to $120 in late April. When they get close to the date and they still have available inventory, they start to drop the prices.

Debbie covered this question quite well. Take the WWEB code out of there, use the 660330 contract code and use the entertainment coupon and see if that helps.

Luggage won't be an issue-we are taking a limo to and from the airport and renting from the Dolphin (like last time).

Do you think renting at the Dolphin location is what is costing me this time?

Changed it to fullsize and took out the Prod Code and it changed it by cents now its 219.38

With Budget, from 9/13 - 9/23, I got a base rate of ~$197 for a midsize.

With Alamo, same dates, a mid-size base rate is ~$208.

Hey guys long time reader first time writer. If you go to the Dollar website and use code MAG it gives you 10% off which is not alot but is nice. When requesting the car or van click on Reserve Now to see what the discount is. I got a minivan for 10 days in June for $317. Hope that can help somebody.

(they share the desk with National)

We jusu decided to rent a car for three days, picking up at the airport and returning to WDW Dolphin. We will use WDW transportation for the remainder and choose a limo company upon return.
We just reserved full size vehicle for three full days with priceless vacation code and ET coupon and are paying $86.61 with taxes - I don't think that is that bad, you?
