Hi! So I had my phone interview today, and I really don't know what to think of it. Everything I'd read online said it would be sort of relaxed, and that this was a chance to let your personality through, but my interviewer seemed to be all business. It was really hard for me to get a read on how my interview went. She did give me extra information (unasked) on auditioning to be a character performer, and told me that she had several ideas of roles that might be a good fit for me. My mom said that was a good sign, but I thought she was just saying that.

I don't know, this is my only chance to do the program because I'm about to graduate, so I think I'm psyching myself out a bit. Any advice?

I interviewed today as well! Since this was my first I guess I'm not super good at indicators of how someone did or not, but personally, your interviewer's comment about roles she thought was a good fit for you sounds good! :thumbsup2 I don't see why one would say that just to be polite without meaning something by it. Perhaps she liked how you sold yourself and your personality? Time will tell, good luck!

I'm sure it went fine! :) When I interviewed two years ago, I though my interviewer also was more interested in me just answering the questions and that was it. When I got off the phone, I kept second guessing everything especially after reading the way other ones went online. However, I heard back within two weeks and I should not have been worrying. Just relax and try not to stress over it! I'm sure that your interviewer actually meant what they said or they would not have said it! :) Hakuna Matata

I know it's hard not to, but I wouldn't take it personally. Your interviewer could have been just having a "down" day. Perhaps she was just tired from interviewing so many candidates in one day.
