It looks like somewhere the post office lost my latest order from DisneyShopping.com. I had ordered some clearance items and a few other items (for almost $70) on 6/9 and I still have not gotten the package. The tracking number I have says the package was delivered last Thursday on 6/15 but we have never seen it.

They are going to talk to the carrier but I am afraid it was never really delivered and/or that someone stole it from my porch. We have never had any problems with packages being stolen so I am inclined to think it is the first one. When I mentioned my address the lady at the Post Office responded with an "Oh, boy they have all kinds of problems with that route." She said they have had a lot of people doing that route and she is hoping she could figure out which carrier actually did the delivery.

Assuming they come back and say it was delivered by the carrier (which I am sure they will) what recourse do I have next? Can I go back to DisneyShopping and see if they can give me a refund and/or my order? The clearance items are probably gone but at least maybe the portion that is still in stock. I hate to be out the $70 not to mention that the beach towel my DS really wanted was in this order.

Wow... I know I ordered a Power Ranger DVD and a few other items back on April 8th... I thought I'd give my ds5 the dvd for Easter... it never showed up..ok maybe I'll give it to him when we leave for WDW April 25th...it hadn't shown... we get back May 6th and still no dvd... we JUST GO IT last week!! Literally it took over 2 months to get our DVD and it's not like it hadn't been released, or anything special at all!!! Personally I would call Disney and ask them what's going on. The order before that I ordered a few polos for our trip...and they sent 2 of the same color! I called them and they sent me the right one, free and I didn't have to send the duplicate back either...good luck, I know they can take forever!

I wish it was just that Disney did not ship the package but it is showing up on the USPS site and in their computers as having been scanned at its final destination - my house. :( I am wondering if Disney will tell me to file a claim with the USPS but they told me it was not insured so I have to go back to Disney. I paid with my debit card...can I dispute the charge at this late of a date after it already posted?

I have also had a package from Disney "lost", it was luggage I ordered well over 6 weeks before a trip. My mail lady looked all over the mailroom and never saw it.
I called Disney and told them, they over nighted a new set for me, we left for our trip, and the "lost" package was waiting when we got home.
I don't think it was the fault of the PO here. I'm not sure what happened, but the "lost" package's date stamp was a couple day before the over nighted package. It should have been shipped out way earlier.
The woman I spoke to from Disney said if a package hasn't arrived within 10 days of a shipping date it's assumed lost and they usually will send out a replacement.
Good luck.
