Sorry folks, I'm new and learning. I wanted to send a PM to someone but read that I have to have 10 posts before I can do that. I can only send to Staff only. What does that mean exactly? Thanks, db

A PM is a private message. You can send the message to one person or more. So just keep posting until you have 10 posts. In case you have not noticed, your post count is right below your join date.

The Staff only part means that you should be able to send a PM to the moderators and/or Webmasters any time, no matter what your post count. I am actually not sure if that is true or not though--I don't know where you read that about staff? I should check!

When do the levels change and what are the levels for tag lines? Right now I'm earning my ears. I saw on another thread how to change that but if I want to keep it when will it change and what will it be?
