Post Count not increasing

I don't post often so I had no idea where my post count was. I was posting on a number of different Forums and Threads over the last few days and my post count hasn't changed at all. Is this normal? It's not really a huge things just wondering why this may be so.

Having just posted that I noticed that it just changed after not having changed for days.
