The car dealer is claiming they may not have my van ready today as promised. I was told we may need to make an appointment for another day. This after we made the appointment for today a week ago and wentr through hoops to get the car there last night for them to have it today.

My direct deposit was in my account two hours late today-I almost went nuts.

The neighbor's dog is our gripe. He goes off on these barking jags that sometimes last for hours....especially at 3am! I go into my backyard, he attacks the fence. I use the potty and flush and that sets him off. He's home alone all day in the backyard and he's a large lab-mix. We've put up with the barking for a couple of years now. This week, he's proven to be an escape artist and now sits on the front porch of the house barking even more and howling at everything. Chris went to get the mail last week and the dog charged at him and stopped at 5-feet distance. I had a friend come over last night and she had to pull into my garage to avoid the howling and snarling dog.

We did place a call to Animal Control and were told a warning would be issued. I don't know how quickly they do that. The dog is out again today. I don't even know if the neighbors even came home last night to put him back in their backyard. They rarely seem to be home.

I blame the owners for being irresponsible more than I blame the dog. I put up with barking, but I won't stand for being trapped in my own home.

There.....gripe over. Thanks for listening....

I have another complaint. I have been so hunkered up to the computer at work, my neck feels like some old mule kicked it. Now I will be holding my neck while driving home. Its also frizzling outside so that will make the commute even more special.

The cold, icy, gloomy weather is wreaking havoc on my arthritic back and my pain meds don't work anymore. I'm walking like a 90-year-old woman today and I'm only 32!

My job is boring the bejeezus out of me but I need the benefits.

The three weeks until I go to WDW feel like an eternity.

My kids are out of school on Monday but I have to work.

I'm too fat, but what did I have for lunch? A peanut butter cookie.

We own an engineering and land surveying company...we do allot of survey work.

WHY is it, when a client gives you THEIR deed to THEIR property and you show them where the lot line is, and show them there is an IRON PIPE buried there from years and years ago, possibly by the original builder, the client than gets MAD at YOU, because HE DOES NOT LIKE WHERE THE PROPERTY LINE IS........

This happens allot with us, people (for some building reason or just for their own knowledge) hire us to survey their lot, PIN their lots, set the boundry's and when they realize the land they THOUGHT they owned and do NOT, they need to get MAD at us....HELLLLOOOOO, you bought this house, you have a deed.....pleaseeeeeeee READ IT!!!!! Today was one of those days....

I said to my DH "boy land is funny, huh?"...."nope" DH said..."people are funny!".......SO TRUE!!!!!!!!

My meanie half-brother (whom I have only met once) will not let me visit with my mother when they come from the west coast to WDW.....yep, I am NOT allowed to spend any time what-so-ever with her, even away from them, not a day, not even an evening dinner. I would have flown down to WDW just to have dinner with her, of course, I would have enjoyed the parks by myself too, but half-brother is holding mom ransom. "This trip is about mom and my children having a good time and I do not want HER (me) there" Of course, they are there for 10 days, you would think they could spare her for a little time...........

I even offered to meet up with Mom away from the other family members, they wouldn't even have to see me, just ONE evening.......nope, no compromise. He won't even attempt to talk to me calmly about it.

That is my complaint for the day.

Oh do I know what you are talking about, Sister! DH and I do the same thing and also work for an engineering/land surveying firm. People just don't understand what we do and why things need to be done a certain way. AND why it can be costly.

I didn't have any complaints until I just went to Kinney drugs to get some paper towels.

They cost 4.77 with tax, I gave the lady a $10, she only give me change! "I was like I gave you a 10", I said this calmly. She says, "no you didn't, you gave me a 5. I was getting pissed, as I know I didn't have a 5 on me! I had 100's 20's and one 10. So she gets the manager, and says "this lady claims she gave me a 10 when she gave me a 5. Well, he counted the draw, and sure enough, he said I was right. DUH!! I told him thank you, and gave her the death look! LOL!! I should have just used my debit card.... She looked like she was high anyway.

I bought a radon test kit and the packaging is completely deceptive. The kit is $9.99 but it costs $20 to get results (which is NOT clearly indicated on the package). AND it comes in one of those impossible to open packages so if you just cut it open randomly with scissors you risk cutting the postage paid envelope. That way the consumer gets to pay the postage. THEN there are two vials inside, each of which is supposed to labeled with a serial number. One vial had no label at all. It is a conspiracy, dammit!
