post cards from Castaway Cay

It costs $0.55 US to send a small postcard to Canada and $0.65 US to send a larger size postcard. It also cost two 55 cent stamps to send one of those "message in a bottles" (you can get one for free from the Del Sol when you buy a T-shirt there) back to Canada.

I have a small tip to tell everyone so that you don't make the same mistake I did. If you want to send one of the ship's postcards, do not wait until Castaway Cay to buy them. The onboard store has beautiful postcards of the ship. They are only open on sea days though and are closed when the ship is docked at CC. The Castaway Cay store only sells CC postcards and do not have any nice fancy postcards of the ship.

Buy the stamps at Castaway Cay...one of them is a lovely picture of the ship. I had to buy extra stamps just for the scrapbooks.

Don't bother bringing your own US stamps, since Castaway Cay is in the Bahamas. You must use their stamps, which can be purchased at the post office on Castaway Cay.
