Possible to use ME to just get back to Airport?

We are flying in on Southwest and have signed up for Magical Express to get from MCO to our resort. We need to pick up a car at the end of our stay, as we are traveling to visit friends for the last 2 days of our vacation. Is it possible to use ME to just get to the airport to pick up a car? If yes, how do we go about that?

You just need to find a flight that is leaving on your last day around 3 hours after you desire an ME pickup. You then give ME that flight number and say it is your flight.
