Possible to Upgrade Free Kids' Tickets

Accidentally posted on Resort Board (my apologies): Is it possible to upgrade the Free Kids' Tickets from the online special to AP's or older kids' (adult) tickets?

I asked this question a while ago. Basically, you can't upgrade the tickets as they have no value IYSWIM. Apparently, though, you should be able to purchase the special offer tickets at guest services. HTH
