Possible to hit Fantasmic and Main Street Electrical same day?

I know this is pushing it, but with a 7:30 Fantasmic showing, would it be possible to make it from DHS to MK by 9:00 for the Parade/Wishes? If we stood near the end of the parade line?

Depends on the time of year. If it's a REALLY off season, maybe. You'd have to get out of Fantasmic in record time (you'd need to be in the top right of the seating area, they usually don't let you choose), get a bus right away, get through the bag check, etc. pretty quick.

You may miss a bit of the beginning, but you'd probably see some of it as you're pulling up.

You would have to enter Fantasmic as Standby about an hour before showtime and sit where the PP described. When the last section to the right begins filling, move to the top of that section.

When we watched DEP/MSEP in February, it began in Town Square and ended in Frontierland. I believe that is the regular route for it.

If MK is offering it and if you can stay up for it, you COULD catch the second showing of MSEP.

Unless you're one of the absolute first ones out of Fantasmic and out of the parks, it would be pretty difficult. A gigantic mass of people exit all at once, and getting a bus is hard.

Personally, the MSEP leaves me cold. We not only plan to miss it, but to actively avoid it on our trip.

Thanks everyone. I think we'll plan to head that way after, but won't be too disappointed if we miss most/all of the MSEP, as long as we can make it there by the Fireworks I think we'll be happy.

I would recommend voluntarily standing in the "standing room" only section at Fantasmic. By doing this not only do you not need to line up early, but you can also begin to make your way to the exit as the show is winding down. When the show is over, you can make a quick escape and beat most of the crowd to the buses. That will give you a good hour to get over to MK, which I think should be enough time. If you opt to sit during Fantasmic, you should add the time it will take to get out of the row you'll be in.

FWIW, we did the Standing Room section at F! last trip and thought the view was fine.
