Possible to go through queue for Gringott's and FJ & not ride?

I suffer from some nasty motion sickness.....have tried sea bands, dramamine, ginger gum, etc. to no avail. Even with that I can barely tolerate Space Mountain and BTMRR at WDW. That being said, my DS (12) loves rides. Will it be possible for me to walk through the queue's for Gringott's and FJ with him to experience the line and then bail out at the end while he rides? This is our first trip to US and IOA so I'm not familiar with how the lines are set up and if any "chicken exits" exist. Thanks for any help!

Yes you can go through both and use the chicken exit. FJ (idk if Gringotts does) actually has a castle walk through line open during the non-busy days. THe castle walk through takes you through everything but the very tail end of the ride. I know FJ also has the chicken exit because guests of size who do not fit use it as well. So if you want to wait the entire line you can and then use that one. I'm sure someone will have an answer for Gringotts but I imagine it is the same way.

yes, you can walk with him thru the line and bail at the time where people get on the ride.
i see this many times in the park.

i have seen a family bail at gringotts due to a child to upset to get on the ride.
they were able to exit with the help of a TM.

Everyone can go through every line at Universal, even if they don't ride. Even if they cannot ride (too small, too big).

THe castle walk through takes you through everything but the very tail end of the ride.

It was not our experience that you saw the whole line. We felt that we bypassed quite a bit.

I couldn't ride gringotts due to my knee issue, I tried but just could not see myself doing it without hurting the rest of the day, I just waited off to the side where the riders exit at. No issue at all.

The castle tour at FJ is very nice, but you do miss parts of the castle...have a bad view of the room with the projections of Harry, Ron, and Hermione (we couldn't hear them until we did the ride line), and you skip the greenhouses completely (which are quite interesting if you are a Potter fan...the mandrakes are so cute!)

You do miss too much on just the castle tour for me.

Walk through the whole ride queue and just not ride. Plenty of people do it
