Looking at the schedule coming up, is it possible to do the PTN parade at DCA @ 8:45 then make it over to Disneyland for Fireworks at 9:30? They aren't showing a parade at DL for that day.

You’ll be cutting it super close. If there is a 10:45 PTN I would do it the other way around with fireworks then PTN. Pixar play parade will be the daytime parade at Disneyland they just haven’t announced the times for it yet.

My guess is that it would be possible, but you probably won't have a very good viewing spot for the fireworks. Previously PtN was about 17 minutes in length; so I would allow a few extra minutes now for the added float (so let's say 20 minutes). You'll need to watch from near the start of the route, get through DCA to the entrance, get through the DL ticket gates and then find a spot. In theory, yes, you could do it, but it might be cutting it close.

As dina44444 said, it might be better to try and watch fireworks first and then see the second PtN (if that is an option). My feeling is that the PtN route is fairly long, so unless you're going opening weekend, you stand a better chance of finding a decent spot along the route for the second showing of PtN than you would finding a good fireworks viewing spot close to show time.

My understanding with the incredibles float is that it’s replacing the frozen one since the frozen float is too tall with the trolley wires. Also, the incredibles float is going to be added into the parade in June when the new movie opens it won’t be there on April 13.

I'd forgotten that the new float won't be added until June. I don't think that's going to change much in terms of the timing estimates...I would still allow about 20 minutes because we don't know if there are any other changes that might impact the duration/timing of the parade.

Oh, I didn't know that. Shoot! I was hoping to see it. And no Frozen float either? I too was going to try to squeeze in both, but I was going to do Together Forever first and then the later PTN. I don't think it would work well the other way considering how the fireworks viewing is at DL.

I didn't know that either. That stinks.

We were hoping to do the late showing of Fantasmic!

Well, if you're not that picky about your viewing spot, then you could try it. You might try to head straight out of CA to DL and then make your way to the Fantasmic! viewing area. You won't see the castle, but they will do the projections on the water screens for F! and pipe in the music. Or just file in and get a spot on Main Street where you can. You'll be pretty far back, though it looks like Together Forever does do projections on the Main Street buildings as well. So, basically, if you're not that worried about your viewing spot, then you're probably okay to go for it. I mean, you'll definitely see something. Still, it'l be a rush.
