Possible to book with points rented from 2 renters?

Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere; I couldn't find anything. Is it possible to book using combined points rented from 2 different renters?

Well... either you'd have to get two separate reservations and change rooms part way through your trip, or you'd need to get the two owners to agree to work with each other and have one transfer his/her points into the other's account.

You are confused because of terminology. You can't really rent points. You actually rent a reservation. Previous poster was correct. You would have to make 2 separate reservations or get the 2 owners to work together.

If you are trying to get a reservation and someone is wanting to rent you points that would only cover a part of your stay it might be better to wait for an owner who as more points available.

You can rent from separate people and have MS link the reservations, no problems doing so and something that can be accomplished even without help of the members but is easier still if one you are renting from ask for it to happen. What you can't do is combine points for a single night unless one of them transfers points to the other.
