Possible Lost Tickets!!!

I think I know the answer to this, but thought I'd ask anyway. Last year, we upgraded our passes to 10-day with no expiration. They have four days left. We are going again in a few weeks. We started searching for our tickets and can't find them. I know they are at the house somewhere. Anyway, is there any way to replace those if I can't find them?

If they were on your WDW Resort Room Key-card, they can be replaced with just a photo ID.

If you made photocopies of the numbers on them, or copied down the numbers on them, they can be replaced with just a photo ID and those numbers.

Possibly if you charged them on your credit card and the reciept has the numbers or Disney still has the transaction on the computer.

If you did NOT do anything to ID them as "yours" (such as the above)...

uh-ohh!

These little stubs should be treated like MONEY! ;)

If you can locate a receipt or if you have the credit card that was used for the original purchase or the upgrade we can locate the transaction and then trace the tickets. It is not an easy process, but I looked in my Automated Ticketing System (ATS) manual. As long as the transaction was done at WDW (but not DTD, SoG or WWS) we can do it. Once we have found the transaction we can reissue the tickets.

I would suggest that you handle this at a Guest Realtions office, and if they say it can't be done tell them to look on page 34 of the current ATS manual

Thank you so much for the replies. We did locate my ticket last night!!! Where the others are, I don't know. (My husband had those, ha! ha!) Anyway, I talked to someone this morning and they said that they could reissue the others since I have mine. They said to take it with me and they would reprint at Pop Century when we check in. Anyone ever had to do this? Do you think I'm safe to wait until then? It sounds like it will be fine.

Yes, especially since I guess you'll HAVE to. ;)

They will just electronically "void" the old ones (so nobody can try to use them) and instantly print new tickets to replace the voided ones.

I won't mention anything about making photocopies of the replacements as soon as you get them (like have them do it at the desk) and stashing the copies in a secure place. :goodvibes
 
Just wanted to update that we had no problem getting our other three tickets replaced as I had found one of the tickets (mine!!). I did this at guest relations in MK. No problem at all!!
