We're possibly considering a cruise out of NYC either the first or second week in December and it has a stop in Port Canaveral from noon until 9 pm. We have done IOA only before, but that was before HP was completed. We also went during that same time of year last time. If I remember correctly we did everything with time to spare even with it raining for what felt like 2 hours non-stop. On to my questions. If we focus on HP do you think we can cover all of HP and maybe a couple of other rides and be back to the ship in time? We're probably looking at about 7 hours including transportation right? Or do you think it would be more like 6 hours? Any recommendations for transportation?

Thanks for your help.

Early December isn't usually very busy so there's a good chance you could do HP w/o issue. The only two things that would concern me are (1) no discounts on single day tickets (it's gonna be expensive) and (2) potential traffic problems. Other than that, you should be fine.

If the excursions prices stay what they are now we'll go thru the ship. IOA one day tickets are $123 and the excursion is $164. I think that's a great value compared to some excursions which are WAY overpriced.
