While doing research on BCV, I came across few threads talking about how tired some rooms appear, even after the soft refurb in 2009. A visitor (on a different board) said that that after complaining to a manager in 2012, the response he received was that the resort was due for a "major refurbishment" in 2013. Just out of curiosity, has anyone heard anything to corroborate these rumors?
