We are going down 9/25-10/3 with free dining and staying at POFQ. It's me, my husband and DS (3 when we go). He's a toddler so attention span is a little short as the day goes on. Most of the dinners will probably be at the food court depending on how my DS holds up. We do have park hoppers so we can go to different parks at night.

Sunday 9/25 arrival
Food court

Monday 9/26 Magic Kingdom
Crystal Palace breakfast (1TS)
we'll do lunch (columbia house) and dinner (food court) as counter service

Tuesday 9/27 Epcot
Biergarten lunch (1TS)
breakfast and dinner will be counter service
(never been to the Biergarten, how is it? My DH isn't crazy about it but is willing to try it since there is entertainment and might be fun for DS)

Wednesday 9/28 DHS
Hollywood & Vine breakfast (1TS), never done it
lunch and dinner will be counter service

Thursday 9/29 (my 40th bday) MK
Cinderella Royal Table (2TS) (i'm a princess too lol)
lunch and dinner will be counter service

Friday 9/30 Free day (DTD/Boardwalk)
Fultons lunch (oop)
Beaches N Cream dinner? Big River Grill? 1TS

Saturday 10/1 Animal Kingdom
I have no idea where to make a TS ADR. I was thinking Tusker House for lunch or POR Boatwrights for dinner. Any suggestions?

Sunday 10/2 Epcot
Rose N Crown lunch (1TS), never been there and my husband wanted to try it last year we were there
breakfast and dinner will be counterservice

Monday 10/3 Departure

breakfast at food court

What do you think? What changes do you recommend? My DH is kind of picky and I am to an extent (a little more adventurous than he is).

For your Animal Kingdom day, I would suggest the Tusker House lunch between 1pm and 1:45pm, which will get you preferred seating for the 3:15 Finding Nemo show. The benefits of not having to wait in line for this show are not to be underestimated. It is a great show, and a great deal.

For your DTD day, I might suggest bagging Fulton's and going to Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich, which will both be less damaging to your bank account and, in my opinion, have better food.

Have a great time!

Thank you for the suggestion. I did think of the Tusker House and would love to see Finding Nemo (didn't get to see it last time). My DH wants to try Fultons but maybe I can convince him to do Earl of Sandwich. I'm thinking Fulton's might be too fancy for my DS.

You could also do TH for Donald's Breakfast Safari at AK. Mickey, Goofy, Daisy all come to the table and you take a picture with Donald when you check in (the PP will take a picture of you with Donald with your own camera so you wouldn't have to buy the package). If that doesn't interest you, try to find a time where you can get to a place like Chef Mickey's. For us, a trip is not complete without at least 1 character meal that includes the Mouse.

As for Boatwright's, unless you are staying at POR it isn't worth going out of your way to go to. It's ok, not that If you plan on having an early night at POFQ, I guess it isn't too much out of the way since you can just walk or hop on a boat to get back to your resort, but IMO Boatwright's isn't really even worth that hassle.

I would also suggest on your DTD day, to skip Fulton's and make your way to Earl of Sandwich or WPE. Both of them are a very good value when using a CS credit.

If you decide to make a reservation for TH/Nemo show, I recommend that you make it closer to 1PM. If they are seating late, as happened the day we were there, (1:10 ADR, seated at 1:30) those who had 1:45 ADRs and seated late, would have to eat pretty quickly and then rush to the Nemo Theater which is at the opposite end of the park in Dinoland. Not fun if it is hot and you have a full stomach!

Also, tickets for the show are automatically given to anyone with reservations within the 1 -1:45 time frame. If your server forgets, be sure to ask for them.

There's also a later seating starting around 2 for a later Nemo show.

My comments are in red, in the body of your post.
Also, as a word of advice, try and go out to eat on a weekly basis to get your DS used to eating out. They give out coloring sheets at Disney, which is nice. You can also carry a coloring book in your backpack or a special little toy that he only plays with at restaurants.

Check the entertainment schedule here: http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/EPCOT.htm You'll want to make sure you are actually there for the polka band. I actually would choose dinner here. Pick an earlier time dinner time and make sure it coincides with the band and your DS will likely want to dance. My 3 year old (at the time) LOVED it!

I think Fultons might be boring for your DS. Personally, I'd pick Rainforest Cafe for lunch with a 3 year old.

We did Sanaa in 2009 and will be doing Sanaa again in March for dinner. There is a great viewing deck outside the restaurant and you can see animals through the window. The food is fantastic too! And it's easy to get too from AK. We used Disney transport and to get home, we just waited for the first bus to either DHS or Epcot and switched for a bus to our resort. It was really easy.

I've had dinner there. It's good. It might be a little boring for your little guy though. My kids did enjoy it - we sat outside - but I'd pick Coral Reef (for the fishies - food is pretty good too) or Teppan Edo (haven't eaten there, but would be entertaining for your DS) over Rose and Crown. Another option would be Garden Grill for dinner
