I know this is going to sound trivial compared to many of the posts seen here, but I sure could use a few positive vibes. I've had my house on the market for 4 months. It's gotten good comments, but no offers. I've already dropped the price $10,000 and really can't afford to drop it any more. I so want to sell this house before I move at the end of May. Moving half way across the country is very complicated. I really don't want to be worrying about what is happening to this house once I'm in Florida. So, if you could all cross your fingers and toes and make a wish for me, I'd be very grateful!

Thanks for the good vibes, everyone! IMGONNABE40!, I did bury St. Joseph. However, we might be a little jinxed. My sister is also trying to sell her house. She bought us each a St. Joseph. I buried mine without any problem. The ground was very soft. I just turned him upside and pushed him into the ground with my foot. When my sister tried that, it snapped off his head! I can't think that was a good thing. We'll probably never sell. I appreciate all the good thoughts!
